Terms & Conditions for receiving my personal documents
This websites allows for you to request and receive personal documents such as my résumé or portfolio as PDF files or in other file format via email.
In order for you to receive an email with the attached document, you have to provide your name and email address by filling out a small form and clicking a checkbox to confirm your consent to the terms specified on this page.
- It is understood that in addition to the “Terms & Conditions for receiving my personal documents”, you have read and accepted the “Privacy Policy” on this page before entering your details.
- You agree that your data will be used and stored to process your request.
- In addition, you agree to receive follow-up emails related to your request.
- You agree not to fill in the form with a third party’s name or email address.
- You have the permission to forward the document and/or the email containing it to third parties in your company for professional reasons, but neither you nor a third party may publicly share them.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that third parties understand and agree to these terms and conditions before forwarding the PDF file and/or email containing it to them.
