Terms & Conditions for receiving my résumé

This websites allows for you and any visitor to receive a copy of my résumé as a PDF file via email. In order to receive the email with the attached document, you have to provide your name and email address by filling out a small form and clicking a checkbox to confirm your consent to the terms specified below.

It is understood that in addition to the “Terms & Conditions for receiving my résumé”, you have read and accepted the “Privacy Policy” on this page before entering your details.

You agree that your data will be used and stored to process your request.

In addition, you agree to receive follow-up emails related to your request.

You agree not to fill in the form with a third party’s name or email address.

You have the permission to forward the PDF file and/or the email containing it to third parties in your company for professional reasons, but neither you nor a third party may publicly share them.

It is your responsibility to ensure that third parties understand and agree to these terms and conditions before forwarding the PDF file and/or email containing it to them.

The information published in my résumé and on this website has been carefully compiled and prepared. Notwithstanding, I take no responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information and data contained therein.

The decision to make my résumé available to you without prior review of your request is the first active step on my part to establish a basis of trust with you. The résumé is a very personal document and I ask you to handle this file responsibly.

What data this website collects and why


When you leave a comment on the site, the data shown in the comments form, your IP address and your browser user agent string are collected to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Contact forms

Your information provided via the contact form will only be collected to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted me. I will not share your information with any third party unless necessary to fulfill your request.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so you can be recognized and approved for follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
